The 2021 Heart to Heart Conference is virtual again this year. Heart to Heart was created to provide families and those caring for or serving children or youth with special healthcare needs or disabilities information in language they can understand. As parents of children with special health care needs, we understand the unique challenges you face and consider Heart to Heart an extension of the one-on-one support we provide families across Indiana.

The live keynote presentation and 12 breakout sessions will take place Thursday, September 30, 9 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.
