The Bureau of Quality Improvement Services is committed to supporting our provider network in working toward a true person-centered system which includes ensuring that individuals and those who support them honor individual rights and responsibilities.

As part of that commitment, BQIS is partnering with two individuals who have received home and community-based services to present a web-based training opportunity focused specifically on rights.

The presentation will review rights and responsibilities, the Home and Community-Based Final Rule, and self-determination.
